Hidden River Flowers is a 20 acre event venue, florist, and flower farm nestled in the Swannanoa Valley – only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Our highly-skilled florists are equipped to create all of your floral needs for any occasion and will work with you to achieve your envisioned design.
Having just celebrated 17 wonderful years of business hosting weddings, we have expanded our floral services to accommodate celebrations of all kinds, for example:
Flowers sustain us; they provide beauty and inspire us; and their scents can heal us. Asheville’s Hidden River Flowers and our vision for a florist is born from the recognition that we cannot live without flowers – we cannot live without love.
In addition to our floristry services, we grow our own flowers! From May until late fall, our farm is vibrant with blooms all around. We cultivate a variety of seasonal flowers, including sunflowers, wildflowers, dahlias, amaranth, and many others! Enjoy a sun-drenched day of flower picking followed by a design workshop where you can create a bouquet, arrangement, or flower crown. There are many opportunities to experience the beauty of our flower farm. For example, book a catered vintage tea party while sitting amongst the sunflowers and butterflies or pose for portraits in our lush gardens while sipping a glass of champagne (especially stunning at sunset!).
